It was a blast, said Blair, who played with George Michael. Then they can copy five words from the Word Collection chart. I encourage them to use the English language's dictionaries when they write.

Really nice--there's a lot going on in this simple story
Derived From Web , Aug 16, 2018
When they found out he was a professional wrestler, they were "super curious" about Jerome's hobby, and they thought he was an interesting kid, they said. It's great to talk about your kids' interests in reading. It gets them thinking about what they like, how they can express that, what words they think are interesting, and just generally how you can interact with other people to make the world a better place, he said. I also love that the main character is a boy of color, and that his race is not the subject of the story. We need more of those, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

You can't put it down, Sebastian wrote in his review of the book. I asked my students to hang on to every word and use it as inspiration to write their own poems. Thanks to Dr. Peter Reynolds and Dr. Alfred Taubman of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

A “word collection†is not only fun to start and grow, and it’s yours to share!
Derived From Web , Apr 9, 2018
This book is a must for parents and teachers who want to convey the importance and fun of acquiring and using words and how some words can become favorites and how valuable they are to share, Dr. Goin writes. Brandishing a dictionary, the English language's creators say "words are tools." We often forget to properly convey this to our kids.
