   This is an incredible journal w unique prompts
I purchased a second as a gift for my sister, I love it so much. It opened my eyes much more than I expected it to understand. Why 4 stars feels limiting due to the incredibly limited writing space given to it. 3 small lines per prompt, where I 'd like to give myself an honest, open evaluation and I 'd like to feel free. Also, I write Big and Busy ''. This is why I am disappointed! I thought that the crystals outlined on each page were also important and not aesthetically pleasing. The most important part, good prompts and self-assessment, is strong enough to keep this 4 stars while I was really teeter tottering in the direction of 3.

   Great way to plan for success of goals
The pre-work before journaling actually begins is so helpful in defining goals, motivations, and planning for a successful journey. I find that weekly journaling on specific goals helps me stay focused and motivated.

   Worth Every Penny!
I plan to purchase one for every year that I plan to stay in school until I have my two PhDs and my two master's degrees. I use it along with the 7-Habits of Highly Effective People 52 - Flashcards as an inventory of how the week went with the flash cards. So one Sunday night I write the flash cards. On Friday night, I use this journal to moderate my success in completing the task on the flash cards. I hope to improve my self-study productivity until the day I graduate as well.

   Reminds me of “how to be a millionaire” step one: get a million dollars
The concept is great, but the guidance and background is sorely lacking. For example, in the next column, write yourself an empowering response. Nowhere is an example or definition of an empowering response Another “after writing down your core values '' said the next page : What other values do you have? Are they the right ones for you? Should you identify different ones? Then the following page “ now that you’ve picked your values ”. With no explanation for solving the previous exercises.

   Get this if you want to accomplish your goals!!!
I have been writing in this journal for nearly a month now and I already accomplished so much. Studies show that you are far more likely to write a goal if you achieve it down, so that this journal is absolutely perfect for that! If you are going through a change in your life, its a career change for me, I highly recommend writing in this journal once a week.

   Guided Prompts
I have been using this journal to keep track of my weight loss goals. For me it helps to reflect on the past week and realize that despite my slow progress, I still lose weight each week. I also like that it provides prompts to direct your thinking about goals.

   Meh
I have received this guided journal to help me find and make goals. To me it is a little less guide and write the positives and negatives of your week how does this make you feel ect? And then gives you 3 tiny lines to express yourself in full detail... I can barely squeeze the 3 positive events that happened in the simplest of terms. How am I supposed to fit in full detail? I'm on week 4 and so far it feels like it asks the same thing continuously. I '' know nothing. I've always expected something more inspirational and fulfilling.

   I’d Recommend.
I was very doubtful and thought that this would be a total waste of money and that I wouldn 't feel like sticking with it. But I have been trying to get these goals for so long, I was willing to try anything. Iv had this book for a week and I already love it and can 't wait to see where it takes me. Hopefully I can come back when it is completed and still have the same opinion about it. The way things are written to be set really makes me feel like I could possibly get what Iv has been striving to do. I have never been a book like this to get something done, I always thought it was cheesy, but it gives a realistic look at goals and how you can get them. For years I have been lacking in motivation and this book has helped me so much. If you are struggling with thinking, you won’t be able to stick with a goal, try this book out.

   Can not recommend enough
The most expensive therapist I ever had. I bought this for a friend '' and bought one for my sister, my sister and myself. I feel really like this is gonna change my life. More than anything, I need accountability. The wording is also kind.
