   Delicious and easy to follow
Delicious and practical recipes with simple ingredients made. I appreciate the fact that I don 't have to buy 10 different flours and search for gums and spices that no one has ever heard to make her recipes. As a disabled person on limited income, I need recipes simple enough that I can make them myself.
   The BEST GFDF cookbook ever!!
I have several for friends purchased. The ease of use of recipes, conversions, even the use of affordable ingredients, all works. Other cookbooks have long lists of expensive ingredients, many many steps and little room for flexibility. I have made about half of the recipes in this book now and all have turned out successful, made me feel like an award winning chef and have been affordable enough to bake for all my friends and family.
   Lots of recipes I want to try!
I have a lactose disease and celiac intolerance. This is my first baking book, where I don 't have to figure out substitutions for dairy or figure out how to add in eggs. We made the carrot cake for my birthday and turned out great! This way I get more consistent results. I think I 'll use this book a lot!
   An absolute must if you are GF/DF
It is sooo frustrating to buy cookbooks without seeing them in person! I wrote this review, however, to reassure you about the questions you may have. #1 This book does NOT have a picture for every recipe, so if you need something like this, this is not the book for you. #2 It requires GF all purpose flour or 1 to 1 1. Finally, what is a book I have been looking for. I use Bobs 1-1 for all these recipes and I have had great results! It is sooo nice to find a book that does not need Almond Flour, Tapioca Flour, Coconut Sugar etc. I don 't have all those flours around my house, so its such a relief to have this book that just needs a GF all-purpose flour. #3 It has great tasting recipes that are easy to follow! I also own the Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cook book, which has the exact same cover a different author and its just as great! Both books are a must for all who want to be GFandDF or have to be. This purchase will not be regretted!
