All these National Geographic books are great and you can not go wrong for the price. They have beautiful photography and make learning for kids alive. Both my five year old and seven year old love these books and we bring them out as seasons change to help illustrate what is going on in our own back yard. Your child will not even know that he is learning!

Great photos that explain the seasons

There are close encounters on things like tree buds and squirrels. The content is appropriate for age and so is the font size. I have a 6 year old son and it has kept his interest.

Great informational book on Seasons

I bought this book for my son when he was in pre-K. My other son, second grade teacher, requested it from the parents to purchase it as a classroom gift, so it is appropriate for all pre-school through early elementary.

Great for those who struggle with the seasons!
Derived From Web , Oct 30, 2019
My 8 year old was battling to remember the seasons. We have covered this book at every season change over the year. When we were out there, we would ask him how can you tell it's fall? What is different? What changes do you see in the trees? Seriously, this is a great book!

Love the National Geographic books. Get them all!
Derived From Web , Feb 16, 2018
My children and my husband absolutely love these National Geographic books! I think we have it all. We move them according to the season. They are non-fiction, but use great illustrations of real children, and they are short enough to be an easy bedtime story.
