I cannot recommend this book enough. When I found out Danny was writing this I was excited, but I wondered if he would be truthful and real with his readers. As a child he was surrounded by violence, drugs and crime and followed that path because it's all he knew. Danny left a trail of failed relationships as he made his way through the violent life of a criminal, finally ending up in prison. I'm not going to tell you what happened next, because you really need to buy this book and read it for yourself. Danny Trejo gave us a jewel and you'll find yourself thinking of this book long after you've finished it.
