This is amazing. I enjoy the diet. I am not hungry. My husband has lost some weight. I' ve lost 17 lbs. It's like a combination of food. I am adding to this review. I' ve had a hard time losing weight. I have been on a diet for 6 months and have lost 2 sizes. I don't feel like sugar is a problem in my life.

I can't tell you how much this book has changed my life, but I was able to lose 40 pounds in three months and my inflammation from my arthritis has gone down 80%. To combat my arthritis, I wanted to change the food I eat. I follow the programs in this book and lose weight naturally. This isn't a diet or a quick fix. This is a great way to eat. The book is a must for anyone with bad information. Life-changing knowledge - read the whole book

The book is very informative. If you want to know what various foods and their makeup do in and to your body, don't eat that. I read this more for health and nutrition information than for weight loss and lost 40 pounds over the year. It made me want to make every bite a benefit to my body and not deny myself things I enjoy. I' ve recommended this more times than I can remember, always with the warning that removing wheat from my diet for 3 weeks to test sensitivity backfired. I had no issues with it before, but had to gradually reintroduced it. I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you that it's an issue for you if you ask. Give it a read and make your own decisions.
