From #1 New York Times bestselling author Gordon Korman comes a hilarious and heartfelt novel in which one middle-school troublemaker accidentally moves into the gifted and talented program--and changes everything.

For fans of Louis Sachar and Jack Gantos, this funny and touching underdog story is a lovable and goofy adventure with robot fights, middle-school dances, live experiments, and statue-toppling pranks

When Donovan Curtis pulls a major prank at his middle school, he thinks he's finally gone too far. But thanks to a mix-up by one of the administrators, instead of getting in trouble, Donovan is sent to the Academy of Scholastic Distinction, a special program for gifted and talented students.

Although it wasn't exactly what Donovan had intended, the ASD couldn't be a more perfectly unexpected hideout for someone like him. But as the students and teachers of ASD grow to realize that Donovan may not be good at math or science (or just about anything), he shows that his gifts may be exactly what the ASD students never knew they needed.

Don't miss the sequel to this word-of-mouth hit: Supergifted This funny and heartwarming sequel to Ungifted cleverly sends up our preconceived ideas about intelligence, heroism, and popularity.

This book was very funny and greatly enjoyed by my 6th grade son
This book was very funny and greatly enjoyed by my 6th grader.
A very sweet and cool hybrid. A happy story of acceptance, robots and disaster. It's priced fairly competitively with the other $9.99 stars, so it's a good deal.
I am 11 years old and I absolutely love this book. It has every type of person you find at school, and I absolutely recommend it to every middle schooler.
   Excellent read for ALL ages!
This was the 1st book we as a family or any of us had read by Gordan Korman we had not finished before we were reading the next we have since bought the audible and kindle versions of this book, As a Mom of 5 with 5 levels of reading and interest this and the other Korman books has captivated and captured our imaginations and hearts. It's great to be back home, said Blair.
   Amazing Book!
The book is a stunning example of how a good book can be written. Gordon Korman has done it again. It paints an amazing picture in my mind as I read through each book. I highly recommend Gordon Korman's books.

   Great book
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read. Also, this is one of my favourite authors and this in my opinion is the best of them all! 5 stars: Kate Winslet, Mia Davis, Philip Green, Rosamund Malvo and Andrew Scott.
I wish it was part of a series!
My 12 year old nephew recommended this book to me, and I absolutely loved it. I wish this was part of a series--nitin justin for my nephew, Raymond said. He could relate to the characters, and I enjoyed learning more about him through our conversations.
Great read for kids of any age.
If you have a muddle schooler, this book is for you. If you don't have children, you can't afford to buy this book. The book is also available on Amazon. com: "The Whole Nine Yards: The Untold Story of America's Greatest Homes." The money can be used for new books, or donated to your local library. This 50+ year old grandmother wants to read it to everyone in her family. In this age of cyber-bullying, it's refreshing to hear voices of moderation.
