   My son loves this book!!!
I was surprised that no one reviewed this book, my son has been a vegan for as long as he knows. I was making up silly activities for our family to do. I ordered the book after running out of plans. It is practical for most parents and kids. There are silly stories and fun bible facts in each devotional. There are sections for a story, bible reading, discussion questions, bible fact, game and application. We try to, but you don't have to do everything. When we get in bed late, we had to skip the book and just pray. My son cries if we don't read his devotional. In this devotional, you will see the application of scripture. A good foundation for our children is cute stories. The topics include humility, perseverance, faith, when all fails, and loving our neighbors. Thanks to the Veggie family. It's!

The devotional segments lost the interest of the four and eight year olds. We ordered a different devotional.

   My 6 yr old really got into the story aspect of it and was easily able to contribute to the discussion
I wanted to do devotional time with my family. My 6 year old was able to contribute to the discussion because he got into the story aspect of it. I held my 3 year old's attention but felt like a lot of it went over her understanding. They enjoy the activity part of it. Highly recommend for families with young children. It didn't include actual Scripture, just a description.

   Great devotional for families with young children
It is a good length for younger children. It provides relevant questions for the family to build from as well as characters they know and love. The kids seem to be most excited about the activity with each devotional. This book will bring your family together for quality family time, even if some activities are more involved than others. Kids get too silly and have to be reminded about the purpose of a devotional, which is a con for our family.

   Awesome Family Devotional!!!
For Christmas, we received a devotional from Amazon. I read it with my kids yesterday. The person absolutely adores it. They love reading it as they get ready to sleep. I enjoy interacting with the kids and I. We have a lot of meaningful conversations that are sparked by what we have just read in the devotional. It's wonderful. It goes along with the VeggieTales. I would recommend it to every family with young children.

   LOVE IT!
My kids look forward to our devotions. I like that they have the kids think about how they would apply what they' ve learned into their daily lives. There are questions that relate back to the reading to make sure the kids are paying attention and there are fun family activities with every lesson! The story is somewhat of a parable and there is a passage of scripture that relates directly to the story for parents who are worried about how actual scripture is incorporated.

   The best kids devotional book ever!!!
The best kids devotional book of all time is this Veggie Tales book. We have had 2 copies of the book over the years and our kids still love it. The material is presented in a way that the information is still understood as the child matures, heshe will not outgrow this book for a while! It was!
