I didn 't expect anything too basic and was looking for something a little down-home-y '', however. Some of the recipes don 't include measurementsquantities, and at least one doesn't specify the cooking temperature. Many recipes include a lot of mayo and there are a surprising number of recipes for “ dump ''. Meh's followers are also very important.

This cookbook is a delightful mixture of Amish Home - Style stories and recipes, plus cleaning suggestions and suggestions, etc. I '' am excited to try the recipes. I love to include the Amish stories. Danke to Wanda E Brunstetter for writing and selling this cookbook.
