Warriors & Weapons (Dungeons & Dragons): A Young Adventurer's Guide is 112 pages long.
A great intro to the world of Dungeons and Dragons for young readers or even novice players!

I bought these for my son, who was a big fan of the old Practical Guide to... series of books by Mirrorstone Books, which was like a spin-off line of books by Wizards of the Coast published in 2007-2008. Those were aimed at new readers and featured a similar format to these young volumes. I read quickly through each of the new volumes and enjoyed what I saw. Here the key is light reading and just a taste to ignite the imagination and present them to the world and the character classes, races, creature concepts, etc. This year, the next volume will definitely be released.

Fantastic introduction to D&D for the kids!
Derived From Web , Jul 17, 2019
Great illustrations and simplified to make the gameplay easy without overwhelming yourself with game mechanics. Unlike its $40 brethren, I highly recommend it for its price. You must also realize that this was actually created for 8-14 year olds to hook them into DandD without being confusing. I believe that some other reviewers might not have picked up on it. Fantastic for KIDS.
Derived From Web , Jul 17, 2019
This series is designed for children to catch their interest and give them a leg up in the DandD world. It is a great introduction to be followed by the Starter Set. This is Gave to my son, who has been playing the game for a while and he devours it.

Save your money

I had high hopes for this series of the books. Today, the first two arrived, and I return them tomorrow. I really don 't know what the intent of these is outside of another way to make money. I was going to give them to my 8-year-old grandson, not now. You can look online for pictures of this book. A wasted opportunity as far as I am concerned.
