Very cute!
Derived From Web , Mar 3, 2021
If you want to be treated, treat others as you would want to be treated. A very important message is conveyed in a very cute and easy to understand story. The author's choice to eat the T-rex is very cute and unexpected, and I was wondering what he would bring in to eat. My son really enjoyed the book and laughed at the things that Penelope did to her classmates, we tried to read different books during the week but this is his new favorite. I wish the children's book were more child-proof and that they still make board books for this age group so I don't have to worry about my kid tearing pages by accident.

There are a lot of crappy kids books. The dirt pile has a jewel in it. A must have for any child. My kids love it. I have bought many of them. It teaches a valuable lesson on seeing others from a different perspective.

I bought this book for my nephew but, I wanted to keep it.
Derived From Web , Jul 14, 2019
I bought this book for my nephew and I wanted to keep it. The story and drawings are great. The lesson about treating others well and the dinosaur learning that being mistreated herself didn't feel good are included. Much of the humor will be funny to adults, but it's not preachy. I bought books for the children of a friend and for each of the nieces and nephews. I like starting home libraries to encourage the kids to learn. I take the time to read. I look for stories that teach and involve the kids in a way that will help them learn to read. I write a note to each child. I know I'm off topic. Do you have this book? It's sweet and funny and doesn't preach.
