   Top notch grilling cookbook!
This is one of the best grilling books. If you like to grill, you should own this book. You will be happy you bought it. This is a great present. Everyone we have given it to makes a point of telling us how much they love it.

   Good book, bad binding
The book is excellent and interesting. Negative comments about the binding breaking are correct. It is difficult to follow recipes if it is not laid flat.

   Terrific and reliable recipes
One of the best grilling books we' ve found. One issue is all. The grilling times for steaks are given for medium rare. These times are wrong. These times are done for medium. Jamie Purviance made a mistake in the book.

   Not Many Good Recipes
I felt like I wasted money. When I got my new grill, I purchased this book. I couldn't find any recipes that I wanted to use. It doesn't have any information about timing meat on the grill, which was my main purpose in buying it. Save your money. You' ll get more useful information if you use an online recipe site.

After my sisters got their first Weber grill, I got this as a gift for them. He is excited to learn how to grill. The book is easy to use and great for beginners.

I'm changing my review to three stars. The binding is terrible and the book has fallen apart, but the recipes are amazing. Jamie Purviance's work is great. He helped me a lot. There are additional features and suggestions in the book on how to adjust recipes and get more mileage. Everything I' ve tried has been great.

   Binding fell apart within 2 months of light use
I own all of the weber cookbook because they have amazing recipes. I have to either get a new copy or go to a print shop to get them spiral bound because every single book has fallen apart at the binding. I was excited to hear that Weber was dealing with this issue in the book, it was supposed to be hard cover. Even though it is hard cover and costs more, they are still using cheap, glue- on binding that is not better than the old paperback versions. Please do something about your publications.

   Great book, difficult binding.
Food and recipe wise it is very good. The execution is poor. A book is important for a cookbook. It's hard to see quantities on the right side of the Rubs and Pastes and Marinades and Brines pages. I expect more from Jamie Purviance and the others. If not for this annoyance, it would have gotten five stars.

   Weber quality and Jamie Purviance excellence
I like Jamie Purviance and the Weber books. I was wary of purchasing this, as many of the Weber cookbooks have duplicate recipes, but this had some great unique and new recipes. I can't wait to try the rest, the ones I' ve tried are great.

   Beautiful book with great info and pictures!
Weber and the authors did a great job. The quality of the book is great, but what makes it even better are the pictures, tips and recipes. I was very pleased with the purchase and recommend it to others.
