Seeing Biblical life through Hebrew Eyes

The study is better than I expected. Much better! I hope there is a study for Every season hint to the authors. The characters are brought to life for me. Our group had a long discussion about how they see their life in a real situation. The questions open your heart. There is a quote from Simeon where he questions being a 'chosen' person. It's alright. It is good. Very pleasant.

The study was meaningful to me and was done by our missionial community. I was hesitant to do it because I had heard that some of the scenes weren't written in the Bible. I admit that I needed fresh eyes after studying the Bible for many years, and it gave me a renewed desire to look at what was in the book. I think this can be a good thing. I've gotten my swagger back. The research on the customs of the first century Jew is spot on, and the questions are very thought- provoking. I would like to thank you for lighting up my spirit.

The Chosen study was done with a small group. The study brings the disciples to life. We can see how much we are alike. The study shows Jesus as our beloved friend and God. The study could help people understand the Old Testament better. This study has less homework than other studies out there. This is the first study that I did all the homework on. Definitely recommend.

Bible study books are usually geared toward groups, not individual study, or they're just surface level discussion, which makes it hard for me to get into them. This study takes a deep dive into the Bible, into the people that The Chosen bases their characters on, and into the rich Old Testament history we need to understand for a deeper grasp of the New Testament. The questions are thought provoking and do a good job of driving the study points home. I hope there are more studies soon! !

The devotionals 1 and 2 were purchased by me. I wanted to experience it more after reading that. Group Study has been commented on by others. I like the format, I like the reminders, and I enjoy the thought provoking questions. If you enjoy The Chosen, you will enjoy this devotional. I hope there is one for the second season. The Chosen is a great series. At least it's entertaining. At best, it's life changing. God's word and His story can change our lives. The book gives direction on how to apply the information in the TV series to our lives today. This book is perfect for a small group study. It is easy to read and has lots of opportunities to dig deeper. The Chosen Team is a great example of a team.

The women's bible study group is doing a great study. We do the study after watching the episode. The series lets you see the experience of those around Jesus, 2,000 years after he was born. He had a group of friends that were his fault and he chose them.

Strong smelling goop all over back cover!

The book is in new condition. There is a strong smell of greasy substance all over the back cover. There is a film on the back cover that came off easily. The smell is strong so I hope I can clean it up.
