I am a library librarian at the middle school. Last year, I had to clean up the Science section of my library, as it was severely outdated. I added this book immediately. It is well written with possible science facts, but also shows a solid progression of life without bees. It is good enough for some of my kids who struggle with science and is engaging.

I am using this with a first grader in my library to start our project-based learning about how to save there bees. Great illustrations and facts, and the author writes for little ones in a clearly understandable way.
