Nope - keep looking

I found the book to be a nightmare if it were implemented fully. Employees are attacking each other in meetings instead of addressing issues in private. Encouraging employees to tell their managers how they don't fit in. I wouldn't recommend giving your boss a scorecard for his meeting.

EOS must for employees
Derived From Web , Apr 2, 2019
My company has been implementing Traction for a few years. I asked one of my leads to read and review the book for me after I stumbled across it. She explained that she followed the traction model because she didn't have all employees read the book when it was first implemented. Don't be an idiot if you think your employees understand why you are implementing Traction, even if you've done a great job explaining it. The book is available for purchase.

This book will give owners and employees of small to mid sized companies insight into the tools and processes needed to be successful in this market. This is a quick read and only addresses the key elements for success, no theory or academics. Business owners who don't make this modest investment in time and money are missing out on an opportunity to take their business to the next neighborhood.

Designed as a great learning and teaching tool - nice work!
Derived From Web , Sep 24, 2017
I was interested in the format of the book and how it helped leaders teach their teams about EOS. The design of the book will facilitate learning for people who are not familiar with EOS. There are summaries at the end of every chapter, and a couple of new methods shared to help teams doing things like IDS and create valuable scorecards for their group. One chapter that challenged people to own their development and equip them to lead feedback conversations was the People Analyzer. Questions throughout will help make this a conversation between a leader and their team members. This is a tool for all your leaders at any level to use with their teams, and it should be included in your onboarding of people at your company.
