I originally borrowed this book from the library. It was a great deal, said Jennette, "I liked it so much I ended up ordering it." It's a very good book, very well written, and I recommend it to anybody. The book gave me some excellent ideas to teach how to meditate, said Dr. Julie Gerberding, director of the Center for Spiritual Living.

New perspective
Derived From Web , Apr 29, 2022
The book is very enlightening. It definitely points to a lot of interesting perspectives, at the same time aligning with all commonsense and common knowledge of life and beliefs, Raymond said. I also feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one who thinks this way. I had never used any of the products, but I fell in love with the alignment part.

A deep dive into the Chakra system
Derived From Web , Sep 17, 2020
If you are interested in learning about Chakras, then this is the book for you. I often come across people who are interested in yoga and the subject of chakras. The book has provided me with a deeper, fuller understanding of the Chakra system so I can explain and answer all the questions that come to mind. However, if you don't want to go deep, I would recommend her other book, Chakra Yoga. A quick explanation of Chakras and some yoga posesbreathwork to go with.

The Author uses Aleister Crowley's work as a good reference! YUCK! CREEP!
Derived From Web , Dec 6, 2019
Twice the book's author, Aleister Crowley, was also the subject of a book-length article in The New Republic. I'm not interested in occult magick. This book is not what I was looking for, Gillian said. I was seeking positive information and understanding of our body's electrical and energy systems, Raymond said.

Let go of emotional blocks and unleash your primal power
Derived From Web , Sep 24, 2019
Before diving in to this text, I knew about chakras, but Judith opened my eyes to a whole new reality. In The Whole Nine Yards, we learn how to let go of the emotional blocks that keep us fighting and living through difficult times. The more we can learn to let go of the blocks that hold us back, the more we can elevate our consciousness, and the more we can move toward creating a world of wholeness and abundance, he said. This product is highly recommend by anyone serious about expressing their greatest gifts in greatest service to the world.

Good condition, said Gillian. Only in the past few weeks have we seen the extent to which Rowling has expanded the book, adding a significant amount of writing inside.

Beware of inaccurate scientific information
Derived From Web , Dec 29, 2018
Like other readers, I find it hard to read this one through. It's very thought provoking and I have enjoyed it so far, but I am not sure if I would recommend it to others. In the book I have found multiple inaccuracies, and I have had trouble trusting the other facts stated by the author.

Good, but must be really wanting to learn to get through it.
Derived From Web , Apr 15, 2018
I really enjoyed the book, said Blair. It's a pretty hard read, even for seasoned journalists. I have been reading it off and on for over a year, and I'm still not halfway through it. It does bring some really good insight to chakras, but it's so thought provoking that you can't just read it. If you don't, you'll lose half of what you read.
