   I guess I am a sucker.
I know that I am going to use YouTube for my recipe needs from now on. This cookbook has just one recipe for Stromboli. The recipes seem to be cherry picked and very slightly modified, and not just another internet download. Since Amazon seems reluctant to do anything about it, it is up to us, the customer, to purchase this crap just no longer. Sayin just ''. I downloaded this within ten minutes of returning it.

   What a fun book!
I have not started yet baking from this book, but I like what I read so far. There are a variety of kinds of pycakes available. Pictures of all sorts seem to be straight forward recipes. I gave one to my mom as a Christmas present and then turned the heel and ordered a copy for myself.

   Very good recipes
I bought this cookbook for the hand pies recipes, and these recipes are great, but the entire book is full of doable, excellent recipes to my delight. Recipes call for mostly common ingredients, the instructions are large and clear, and the photos are clear.

   Flying Pies Made Easy!
You can absolutely put your future pie making hands into Cathy Barrow's capable hands. Hubby requested the brown sugar cinnamon pies immediately, which came out amazing and nostalgic - we ate two and I froze the rest and have popped them in the toaster as needed. I made the Philly Cheese Steak Galette, which blew our socks off the balance of flavors in a mind-blowing caramelized onion and cheese crust is truly perfect. I have so many tags to try in the book, I may as well start at the beginning and bake my way through it just as well.

   Outstanding e-cookbook!
Not alone does it contain a huge variety of recipes, both sweet and savory for a variety of different pies, tarts and related baked goods, but there are also pictures of the finished product for virtually every recipe. For this reason, I generally don 't purchase many e-cookbooks. In particular with desserts, you need to see what the finished product looks like. Not a cheap e-book, but well worth the cost.

   Fantastic book full of delicious and fun pie recipes!
When Cathy Barrow is another exciting addition to my cookbook collection of Pies Fly. So many great recipes in this book has a huge variety, ten chapters of different types of pies. There are plenty of traditional recipes and then delightful variations. I made the Antipasto Stromboli for dinner tonight and was delicious. Her recipes are always reliable and you can taste all the thought and care she puts into them. This cookbook is great for anyone who enjoys baking, beginners will enjoy the clear instructions and advanced bakers will enjoy the variety.
