   Book is great, but corners are bent/smashed
I've been really looking forward to gifting this book to my daughter for Christmas, but the corners are smashed on the other side. It was packaged in a way that this did not happen in the transport, so the seller packed a damaged book and sold it for the full price. It is not used, as the book remains crisp when you open it, but the smashed corners make it not worthy of a Christmas gift. I don 't feel like returning it, as the book itself is beautiful illustrated and tells an amazing story, but the seller should do better in the future.

This book ordered before taking my grandson to Chicago to see Sue at the Field Museum. It was so good to know Sue's history. My grandson is 7, very appropriate for this age.

   Well-written, beautifully illustrated, stresses the role a woman had in this find.
I loved the story I gave to my 8-year-old granddaughter and 9-year-old third cousin, both of whom Sue saw when she was exhibited in Santa Barbara.
