Multiple Purchase of Where's Spot? in our House
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
We had to buy a second copy of the book because my toddler loves it so much. We ordered a backup copy because a few of the flaps came off of our first copy. When it arrived in the mail, our now 18 month old exclaimed and asked us to read it at least twice a day. It's joy on the little guy's face when everything behind a flap tells him no and he finally finds Spot at the end. It's short enough that it keeps his attention and short enough that he won't have to read it over and over.

Must have book!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
This book is very good. I like bigger books so I bought the hardcover. The book is great for teaching spatial concepts. It's fun and easy to facilitate conversation, which is important for language development. It's a must have in my mind, there are so many ways you can use this to teach. The kids love it so they won't get bored of it.

There's a disconnect between the content and the quality of the book
Derived From Web , Dec 31, 2020
I decided to try it out despite some reviewers complaining that the content is too easy. I had no problem with the content of the book, it is great for very young children, and my child was probably the favorite around 7 or 8 months old. The quality of the book is poor for a child that is older. The flaps are attached with weak glue. The book did not last. Two of the flaps were ripped out of the book within a week. I tried attaching the flaps back to the book with double sided tape, but at one point the flaps were torn and chewed on by the baby, so I had to give up. We had to throw it away, but we were not sure if it lasted a month.

Grandchildren's Favorite
Derived From Web , Sep 22, 2020
My grandsons range in age from 19 years old to 4 years old. Where's Spot is a favorite with them all. The child can find Spot by flipping-open different objects. Some of the flips need to be taped after all this time. I bought this copy for my new big sister. Thanks to Eric Hill and to Amazon for a fast delivery. LLAP.
