We read homeschool and we read these books as part of our history curriculum. I love how concise and compact they are, while still giving a good overview of life and times of prominent figures.

Perspective of a 9 yo boy
Derived From Web , Jul 16, 2021
It had interesting information in it, but was not very good to him. It just didn 't keep his attention. When I made him read it, he always learned something new, but this was not a book he wanted to pick up in his own. For a nine year old boy, he reads a great deal, an hour or more a day, and he said he really doesn 't like this book.

One of best book I got for my 6 year old.
Derived From Web , Oct 30, 2020
Since the day it arrived, this book has been my favorite kid's book. So much so that I might need another copy, as he has used and read the existing book too much. He got it when he turned 6 just like that. He is now 7. The book actually helped with reading skills as well. I give 7 stars to book if option is given. In fact, all books in the series are cool and inspiring for young children.

Great Biography for Kids!

My second graders loved reading this book to learn more about Franklin Roosevelt during the President's Day. Some words and concepts were difficult for them, but they were able to read them independently.
