A great book and a great way for your student to learn about a past president.
Derived From Web , May 9, 2022
My fourth grader needed to research a former president and her teacher assigned JFK to her. We found this book online and read it over a weekend. It was easy to read and she was able to retain the information more easily than reading facts on the Internet. She felt like she knew JFK and now she wants to know more about Jackie. What a great way to learn history and learn about a president who was frozen in time at the prime of his life due to his premature death. For your student it is highly recommended.

We like to alternate our son's reading of books he would normally mix with some about historical facts to keep things up and keep his reading interest, and these books do the trick. He really enjoys it and starts with additional conversations.

Cover is nice, short and sweet, nicely written. Not too long to lose their interest, but enough to get their attention and learn about historical figures.
