Fantastic Book!

I really liked that this book was a good biography and it added information on other topics as they came up, Morgenthau said. It also had a 2 1/2 page photo of Mark Twain on the cover.

perfect

The boys in my homeschool class absolutely loved it. The pictures were nice and the writer was well-placed. They did all their research on their own time, they said. The topic did cause a few waves, but the discussion was mostly academic. The class spit on who it liked most. Or, more specifically, Tesla. Electric carmaker Tesla Motors Inc. said Thursday its Model S was the fastest-selling car in the world, with sales jumping 37 percent over the previous year. Thanks for the tip.

I did not realize this book was written for children, as such it was not what I was looking for and therefore not satisfactory, Morgenthau said.

Great book for my son, needed to add some history to his early reading
Derived From Web , Sep 3, 2020
We like to alternate our son's reading of books he would normally pick up with some that are about historical facts to mix things up and keep his reading interest. He really enjoys them and starts up additional conversations, he said.

If you think your kid would benefit from a history lesson, then you must have a very good idea about the format and fun facts throughout.

Great series

Easy to read, Michael Connelly writes. Bought these for my daughter and she likes them too. I am a huge fan of the show. Short books, and I can read them in less than an hour, Mr. Rule told the judge.

8 year-old excited to get this on Christmas! Surprise!
Derived From Web , Dec 28, 2019
I am so pleased to have found the book series, said Sara Fields, an agent with HarperCollins. With it, Princess Leia is catapulted far past Marvel, touching down in a land of a reality that surpasses fiction, and therefore promotes wonder.

Excellent

Who's That Guy? They also love how authors find truly interesting things about people and weave them into a biography. I've read all the ones we own, before my kids do, and have learned so much about people I thought I already knew. The ending about this super-genius man feeding pigeons, apparently forgotten by so many, just really broke my heart. Just about everything I read in the paper was incorrect, Reichert said.

Great Book!

A great book, Gillian. My 2nd grader is doing a project on Tesla and he really enjoyed the book. I highly recommend this book to anyone. Even though it's geared for a younger audience, it would be great for younger or older kids.

Bought for son's class project
Derived From Web , Feb 25, 2019
He needed a biography of Nikola Tesla to read for first grade and this worked wonderfully. The kid really liked the book, and I think he learned a lot. Pauley also said that although the book was "a little bit late," he was "happy with the project."
