   For Young Readers
A child who loves Disney World thought they would enjoy the story behind the parks and got this. They did that. A fun little book had a few unknown facts. Excellent.

interesting and yet beautiful facts about his vision
The version of his bio I liked the most was simple and memorable. I didn't know many facts about Walt as a man and as a father. He's the epitome of a self made man with big dreams.

   Thank you for this book.
This is a great read. I've been a fan of Mr. Disney's work for a long time and never knew much about him. Disney movies and cartoons were a part of my childhood.

Who was Walt Disney? He was a jerk!
I am going to read the book with one of my students. We have read a few biographies from this series. We did not complete this one. My student is in 4th grade. She commented that if he wasn't such a jerk, he wouldn't have had so many hurdles to clear. My words aren't hers. We didn't finish this one because it was a little slow, Walt is unlikable, and we decided that Houdini was more interesting!

   Damaged
The product was damaged when it arrived. The book was what my daughter wanted. I was disappointed that it had some damage.

Good book but geared towards the older crowd
I like the size of the book and the fonts. I liked the history and chapters. They could do a better job of making this for children. My 4 year old was able to sit through a chapter a night, but she kept wanting to see Disney drawings. The illustrative part could use more work if it was geared towards kids.

Good value, but for kids 7-8 Years old.
These books are great for kids who don't like to read. It's best for an 8 year old average reader and there is a lot of pictures and large fonts. The price was worth it.

Great book for kids to learn a little history.
A great book for kids to read. We are trying to improve our son's reading skills by allowing him to read a funny book, but we also want him to learn something about a person or event that was historic. We can do more research after this leads into questions on the event.
