Good introduction to Mozart
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
Very good introduction to Mozart's music. For my 3rd grader, I would have liked to have had more detail, but it is a good start to exploring his life, his mom said. It would be great for a composer's training center as well.

So, you want your child to appreciate both a musical genius and the times in which he lived?
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
This was a happy accident, Mr. Rule told the judge. I had no prior knowledge of the series and when I opened the book, it was for children. A very humanistic and sympathetic story of one of the greats of music. If Mozart had lived to his ripe age of 65, the course of music would have achieved stretching approaching atonality, the Austrian composer said. The book is a fair and unglossy story, but told in a way that children of all ages will find endearing, Witt said. Coupled with a listening program, I think anyone would go away impressed with this man's structured genius. Very quick read, but a very thoughtful one too.

brief intro
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
I have found this book brief enough to hold my 8 year old son's interest while covering in age adequate details the life of Mozart. The timelines at the end are equally good as they spew facts of history, he said.

Great History Series For Kids!
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
Through the series, we hope to engage children in a love of history. Yes, they will learn different and interesting things that they won't get anywhere else. My children asked for it and we gave it to them. Nobody can put them down, Sosa said. I homeschool and these are great tools for learning, Mrs. O'Neill said. My 11 year old reads them on her own very well and my 7 year old does not have a problem with them. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Great series - hope more are published. Good historical research and bibliography for most books
Derived From Web , Aug 5, 2018
The average age of the children is about 6 years old. Very detailed, easy to read a chapter or two at a time. Short attention spans can't read entire book. But I'll never forget the time I spent with Jackie Robinson, Ben Franklin, Dr. Seuss. Please keep publishing!
