My 8 year old loved it!
Derived From Web , Apr 26, 2022
It was a Beatles book, my son said. Both of us have learned a lot about them as he read the book. There is also information on the band's history, beginning with the formation of the group in 1974-75, and each member after the break-up. There are some footnotes that I did not know prior to reading the book. This is a great book for a kid who loves the Beatles and wants to learn more about them, McCartney said. It also has pictures which makes it fun for those kids who can read chapter books but still enjoy picture books, Mrs. Cowger said. It was easy for him to read, but he reads at a fifth or sixth grade level. I am certain that Maddox will read this book again and again.

My daughter Sarah, who turns 10 today, has many of the books. We love them both, said Blair. The information is well written and is not difficult to understand. Each girl takes turns reading the remaining pages of the book. I hope to see more and more of these books, and the list of interesting people is endless! Two very dedicated fans, Sarah and Alesia Schultz.

OUTSTANDING BOOK !!!
Derived From Web , Apr 26, 2022
He gave me a present today that I can't get back - a diamond and gold necklace for my nephew. I've read a few books in a series and give them to him as gifts until I have read the entire series. He's very patient, and he enjoys it for one thing - I sign each book with a little saying in it. The fifth and final book in the series, "The Eye of Horus," was published last October. I enjoy reading it, and it doesn't take a lot of my time. This Beatles book really was very well written and it told a great story on the FAB 4, Morgenthau said. The Who Was Series finale aired Tuesday on CBS. He has also told me that I will be giving him the books I will be giving my nephew. Rowell also said her mother, who is over 70, is reading the books. Although they do talk about death in these books, I've read ten, so far, I think each author has been very professional about the subject, said Barbara Comstock, co-author of The Age of Death. As a Beatles fan, I can't say enough about George Harrison. Quattrone: "There is no such thing as a free lunch."

My 6 y.o. loves this book!
Derived From Web , Apr 26, 2022
McCartney's widow said her family is Beatles fans. Unicredit said it had no plans to renew its loan with the bank, but added: "We are very happy with the results." McCartney said that although his daughter did not know life without the Beatles, she did know that music was important. We decided to buy this book, so she could read them both. The book tells the story of the Beatles' lives from when they were children through the years. I loved it so much that I ordered more copies to donate to my daughter's elementary school, and I plan to order another for her 2nd grade library. It should be on every child's reading list.

Oversimplified Inaccuracies
Derived From Web , Jan 7, 2022
McCartney has repeatedly said that Ringo Starr didn't have a good singing voice. It says they had released 20 albums -- but doesn't explain that only 12 were studio albums, and the rest were compilations and international versions. One of the reasons it is inaccurate is that events are not always presented chronologically. This is a biography of a very young child, not very old. Even upper elementary students should be aware that these are not source material for reports.

Created a young new Beatles fan
Derived From Web , Aug 21, 2019
My son has read this book and is now quizzing our family on Beatles facts and singing Beatles songs nonstop. His favorite song is Maxwell's Silver Hammer and I'm wondering if I should be concerned since I'm his teacher. The Beatles became my 8 year old favorite band.

I love the Beatles and the book
Derived From Web , Aug 14, 2019
I got a couple of copies for my grandchildren. My grand daughter, who only a few weeks ago was reading a book, has aced the test. She has a very good reading level, even though she is 8 years old. I saw the Beatles in 1964, and my grandchildren know the music, so I want them to know more about their history, too." I also ordered several other books by this line, and they are great ways to get kids interested in history.
