A Great Way to Pass on Little House to the Next Generation
Derived From Web , May 22, 2022
I bought this book for my daughter because I LOVE Little House on the Prairie. The books and television show were my absolute favorite growing up, and in fact, I still watch them on DVD until this day. The paperback format is actually better suited for girls slightly older than mine, but she sits beautifully when I read it to her and brings it back to her to read it again and again. I'm actually a little surprised, because I found this particular book to be a little boring in its composition. The illustrations are beautiful. If you want to pass Little House to your girls, this is a great way to do it!

Great way to start a collection for your daughter or granddaughter
Derived From Web , May 22, 2022
Doesn 't everyone love just and remember Little House on the Prairie books? Since these chapter books were first written way over 25 years ago, there are now so many more to buy. This younger set is for the younger generation of little girls to read, collect, and enjoy. I already started a collection for my granddaughter. The colors jump the page, the stories are short so that they will sit through the reading of the book. The books are the stories that we grandmothers want to read to our little ones and mother's would too. These have been around for a while now, they now come in a paperback. If you buy one, you won 't be disapppointed, because you will get hooked and won 't the collection for that special little girl.

The Big Woods of Laura Ingalls is For Every Child
Derived From Web , May 22, 2022
I love this book and have sent it to my two great nieces, ages 3 and 6. The oldest child can now be read to the youngest. The reading level is second to third grade so that children can read it again by themselves. I also sent them the new set of Lincoln Logs Cabin and Barn with animals. They enjoy the winter days in Oregon.

Sweet, endearing and lovely
Derived From Web , May 22, 2022
When my daughter was hooked on the audio version of the original Little House on the Prairie series, she wasn't quite old enough to read the real thing, but was in love with Laura. My First Little House Books is Welcome. Winter days in the Big Woods is one of her favorites, reminding her of the fun, family times that Laura and her family would have spent in their house through the many months of the long winter. Just as delightful as the original series, but easier to capture when they are young.
