I want to give copies to all my friends!
Derived From Web , Oct 19, 2021
Thanks to Dr. McBride for writing this book, one that I want to put into the hands of all my friends! The book gave me a brand new perspective on the relationship between my mind and body, Raymond said. I was exposed to quotes and teachings that insinuated the relationship with one's body as unimportant. But that trust can be rebuilt to live a healthy life. In "Trust," Nelson quotes his mentor, saying, "it's a process, not an event." It takes time to build a trusting relationship. He added: "We always have the chance to rebuild trust after it has been disrupted." Each chapter has sections titled Things to think about and practical to try. If you think this book is for you, you won't regret getting your hands on it.

A post-pandemic home coming
Derived From Web , Oct 13, 2021
Nearly two years into a global pandemic, we are all too familiar with our busy minds flooded with ambiguous grief and in a never-before-experienced sense of isolation from each other and ourselves. Dr. McBride's book calls us home - to the very bodies that have sustained us since the day we were born. In this book, you will find a new connection with yourself as you drop back into your body while devouring this book. Thanks, Dr. McBride, for your wisdom which reads more as a conversation with a thoughtful and warm hearted friend than a weighty tome. Whether you're a cis or queer, however abled, whatever story brought you here, we've got you covered.

Hillary does a wonderful job of weaving together stories, research, tools, and encouragement.
Derived From Web , Oct 13, 2021
I have grown up in a society and culture where emotions were not welcomed, my body was not valued as it was, and not taught to trust my body. If you have ever wondered how do I start to value and appreciate my body, Nikia wrote. The book will give you the stories and the tools to start learning those skills. Hillary does a wonderful job of weaving together stories, research, tools and encouragement, he said.

Deeply Impactful and incredibly important work here.
Derived From Web , Oct 13, 2021
I am so excited for this book to come out! It's such a relief to finally have it in my hands, Taylor said. Dr. Hillary Clinton's work has impacted me so much over the last several years. Hillary Clinton is so wise and thorough in her work, he said. She speaks with so much grace and makes you feel deeply cared for through the difficult work of healing, Morgenthau said. Even though I'm only halfway through, I highly recommend this book! Anyone who works with people through healing, such as coaches, counselors and therapists, should be cautious.

This book is a love letter to the disembodied soul!
Derived From Web , Oct 13, 2021
McBride's book is a must-have for anyone who wants to learn more about the American Revolution. It's just that profound. She puts accessible and poetic language to the vast neuroscience of our bodies and integrates her personal, painful journey through recovery along with stories from the lives of her clients — and weaves through it all this spiritual awakening that happens when you find a way to be embodied. As someone who has left my body to avoid pain, this book has helped me and will continue to help me navigate the journey back home. It's a cerebral and tangible product, Raymond said. Pearson, the UK publishing group, publishes the JD Edwards report on Monday. It's great to be back home, said Blair. The software is all encompassing, the same way that an automobile would be. It's great to be back home, said Jennette, "and I highly recommend it to anyone who is navigating their way home." nan

Transparent and full of compassion for oneself
Derived From Web , Oct 12, 2021
I have loved reading Hillary's books and listening to her podcasts for a while now, and I am stoked to have this book in my hands. She writes with such balance and care about sensitive and complex topics like neuroscience, embodiment, eating disorders and trauma, she said. I just loved the use of metaphors and analogies, Raymond said. Hillary offers great tips and prompts at the end of each chapter, which ties it all together perfectly. Hillary Clinton's work is a gift to a deeply disconnected world.

Such an important book
Derived From Web , Oct 12, 2021
This book is packed with well-researched and elegantly delivered concepts of medicine. Not just a theory, but with things to think about, and do, to move toward a healthier experience of embodiment. This book is a work of art that I will read multiples times, finding new treasures. An important book for this day and age when there are so many elements of modern life that have stolen us from ourselves, he said. Through this book, we can restore ourselves to our original, sacred, and deeply good homes.
