Good Interactive Book
Derived From Web , Sep 26, 2020
As a former teacher who loves graphic books, I am usually not impressed with the content of board books. The exception is this book. In this great little board book, the colorful illustrations invite the child to imitate the yoga pose. It is love at nap time!

My daughter mimics the poses!

I love doing the poses with my two-year-old daughter. I liked it when she was a little younger, but she was too young to perform the poses. She started imitating the poses recently.

Wonderful for children!
Derived From Web , Jan 1, 2018
I have 4 or 5 children's yoga books. They don't all include the poses in the stories very well. This does not have a stort, but I believe it works so well because the poses are the animals. The book is thick and has good illustrations for the poses. This is my favorite of the sons. He did not do all poses at first. He would just help me and watch him do some. He can do it all after a few months. He does poses randomly without the book. The Huummm was released in 2005. It is so adorable and I am so happy to introduce yoga into his life.
