Nora Harlow

Nora Harlow is a landscape architect and gardener with extensive experience in California's hot, dry summer climate. For many years, she was the associate editor of Pacific Horticulture magazine and the East Bay Municipal Utility District's supervisor of water conservation, where she created low-water landscapes for District facilities. She is the author of Plants and Landscapes for the Bay Area's Summer-Dry Climates, the co-editor of The Pacific Horticulture Book of Western Gardening, and the co-editor of Wild Lilies, Irises, and Grasses.
